Our director of studies and senior teacher manage the teaching programme.
Along with teaching responsibilities, our teachers are involved in the activity and excursions programmes and have residential duties.
Candidates should be enthusiastic, flexible and have good communication skills.
During the course our teachers are invited to attend and participate in our weekly training sessions.
Our activity monitors are involved in the activity and excursions programmes and also carry out residential duties.
While no specific qualifications are required for the role of activity monitor, candidates should be responsible, energetic and be able to engage with and involve our students in activities and trips.
Good communication skills are necessary as activity monitors deal with international students, group leaders, colleagues and Haileybury staff.
Demonstrable skills in drama, sports, dance or arts and crafts are an advantage.
An activity director and assistant activity director manage these programmes.
